Anybody with an update on how PV/GC are doing?

PV shot 333, in 4th place after day 1.

GC is in 7th place, don't have a score for them.

The Powell Valley Viking golf team ranks fourth in the team standings after the first round of golf Monday in the Virginia High School League Group A state championships at Independence Golf Club in Midlothian, near Richmond.

Led by the 81 of Tre Mullins, the Vikings shot a team score of 333 on the tournament's first round, which was delayed Monday morning because of frost on the course.

Powell Valley trails first-round leader Giles by 19 strokes heading into the second and final day of competition on Tuesday.

PV has reprsented us well in golf. That aint a cheap shot either. I was looking up Kellys state chamionships and thought I would brag about golf. Then I saw to not go there.
